About Us

EWAAB was co-founded by Kaitlin Gili and Dominika Durovcikova in 2019 with the belief that all women and non-binary individuals deserve the tools and mentors to succeed.

Why We Started

EWAAB was born with the idea for an inventive mentorship program - one with a sustainable and scalable pipeline. With large professional diversity gaps still in place, especially in STEM and Finance fields, the co-founders felt that a fresh approach was needed to tackle the problem.

The co-founders noticed that other mentorship programs were not fully taking advantage of current technology, were not community focused, and did not have a curriculum in place that specifically matched the needs of young women and non-binary individuals today.

With this in mind, they founded EWAAB to provide a strategic solution to a complex problem.

Our Solution

We Build Bridges. Our Bridge mentorship programs provide women and non-binary students with a yearlong mentorship experience and a lifelong community. We have two separate programs for community college and university students in order to build a pipeline that extends all the way to professional career.

Why Our Pipeline Works

University-5.png
It's sustainable. Our former mentees become student
mentors, who will eventually become working professional mentors.
University-3.png
It's scalable. We work in 5
countries and reach students
from all educational backgrounds. We utilize technology to connect students across the world.

It's stacked. Our programs include mentors, professional toolkits, internship opportunities, and networking summits.

Our Impact

We are on our mission to build a pipeline for young women and non-binary students to confidently navigate their own path.

Well, for me, EWAAB really is best defined by moments.
It’s the meetings with my fellow mentees and my mentor. There is the coaching, for sure, but there’s also the discussions centered around our issues, or just issues in general.

Throughout the year, my mentor helped me foster the mindset of owning my space, being confident in my decisions and not being afraid to dream big.
