Our 8 Primary Mentors encouraged their 27 mentees to step outside of their comfort zone and our partnership with Quotabelle gave them the opportunity to lead.

All of the data has been analyzed from our pre-program & post-program surveys, taken by the participants in the program. The feedback demonstrated an increase in confidence in every category from the start to the end of the program, as well as an increase in likelihood to apply for a leadership position in the future.
